Tenon Jig

Everything is made up of 3/4″ finished plywood along with some scrap pieces of 3/4″ pine. All the measurements are in inches and since every table saw is a little different, its okay to make minor adjustments to the dimensions on this jig. As far as hardware, i used 3″ long carriage bolts along with washer, lock and nut. the size is up to you. it helps boring out a slight 3/8″ deep slot from the bottom of the jig to avoid any drag on the table top from the carriage bolt head. and finally i used Microjig’s New MATCHFIT dovetail clamps. they recommend using 1/2″ dovetail @ 14 degree angle router bit.
